This duplex house is part of a new urbanization in La Marina (San Fulgencio), on the Spanish Costa Blanca (the White Coast). Close by the house there is a communal swimming pool and within walking distance you'll find a shopping center with a lot of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. There is a local bus but we recommend you rent a car. The beach is 3 km away.

Costa Blanca, �the White Coast�, lies on the Spanish East coast and is famous for its benevolent sun and cool sea breeze. The distance from Amsterdam to La Marina is approx. 2200 km. You can fly to the airports of Alicante (25 km), Murcia (60 km) or Valencia (200 km). La Marina is ideal for relaxing walks among an unspoilt natural environment. The beach of La Marina is long and narrow. Chaise lounges and parasols are available for rent. A lifeguard is present and there is a restaurant here as well. There is also a different part of the beach used solely for nude recreation. Golfers will find sufficient facilities at their disposal in Rojales (20 km), Alicante (20 km), Quesada (25 km) and Torrevieja (35 km). The cheerful towns of Santa Pola and Guardamar lie within a distance of 6 km. Both places have a weekly market, a picturesque village square and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
