This nice house is situated in a big urbanization close to the village of La Marina, between the towns of Santa Pola and Guardamar. The distance to the sea with its very beautiful sandy beach is about 3.5 km. Within walking distance you'll find shops, supermarkets, bars and a public swimming pool (admission fee).

Costa Blanca, �the White Coast�, lies on the Spanish East coast and is famous for its benevolent sun and cool sea breeze. The distance from Amsterdam to La Marina is approx. 2200 km. You can fly to the airports of Alicante (25 km), Murcia (60 km) or Valencia (200 km). La Marina is ideal for relaxing walks among an unspoilt natural environment. The beach of La Marina is long and narrow. Chaise lounges and parasols are available for rent. A lifeguard is present and there is a restaurant here as well. There is also a different part of the beach used solely for nude recreation. Golfers will find sufficient facilities at their disposal in Rojales (20 km), Alicante (20 km), Quesada (25 km) and Torrevieja (35 km). The cheerful towns of Santa Pola and Guardamar lie within a distance of 6 km. Both places have a weekly market, a picturesque village square and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
