Description

This nice apartment (sports resort) is located in the heart of the vibrant urbanization of La Marina (San Fulgencio), on the Spanish Costa Blanca (the White Coast). Within walking distance there are several bars, restaurants, supermarket, a bus stop, taxis, pharmacy, etc. The complex includes several properties and two apartments with roof terraces. This is an ideal holiday destination for families, groups of friends or sports club members. The terrace faces south, ideal for winter or a longer stay. Every Thursday and Sunday, next to the complex, a weekly market is held. The rental price includes use of the swimming pool and separate child pool, 2 tennis courts (grass), the playground and two bocce courts. On the other side of the complex there is a football and basketball court. These apartments are also available for long term occupation.

Costa Blanca, �the White Coast�, lies on the Spanish East coast and is famous for its benevolent sun and cool sea breeze. The distance from Amsterdam to La Marina is approx. 2200 km. You can fly to the airports of Alicante (25 km), Murcia (60 km) or Valencia (200 km). La Marina is ideal for relaxing walks among an unspoilt natural environment. The beach of La Marina is long and narrow. Chaise lounges and parasols are available for rent. A lifeguard is present and there is a restaurant here as well. There is also a different part of the beach used solely for nude recreation. Golfers will find sufficient facilities at their disposal in Rojales (20 km), Alicante (20 km), Quesada (25 km) and Torrevieja (35 km). The cheerful towns of Santa Pola and Guardamar lie within a distance of 6 km. Both places have a weekly market, a picturesque village square and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
