This apartment is located in Costa Teguise, on the beautiful island of Lanzarote. The apartment is part of a complex with 2 swimming pools. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the sea, which is near the apartment. The building also has a pool for children as well as a playground for the younger children. In and around the apartment there are many restaurants, bars and various shops. The center of town is about 10 minutes away on foot. The nearest beach is 2 minutes away and the surfing beach is just 10 minutes away. Costa Teguise is located north of the capital of Arrecife. This resort is very suitable for water sports enthusiasts and families: a small city with several beaches and water sports. For something a little different, especially for the youth, you can try Puerto del Carmen. In the center of Costa Teguise you will find different places with nice restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of Costa Teguise.

Local area

Lanzarote is a unique island. You won't see skyscrapers or find intrusive sellers here. You can relax on the beautiful sandy beaches while gazing at the volcanic landscape with its colorful lava formations. Lanzarote was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1993. The island has heavenly beaches with lava sand, clear water, bizarre lunar landscapes with volcanic cones, green fertile fields and wonderful weather almost year long thanks to its proximity to the Sahara. Near the apartment you will find the golf course of Lanzarote. A unique complex in a unique volcanic environment! But there are plenty of other sports possibilities in the area: biking in the mountains, surfing, sailing, kite flying, tennis, diving and para-gliding. Costa Teguise has several beaches, the most famous of which is Las Cucharas. This sandy beach is situated in the middle of Costa Teguise and is a paradise for windsurfers. Other water sports can be enjoyed in the area as well. In the vicinity there are many restaurants. Arrecife, the capital, is only 15 minutes away by bus (regular bus service costs about 2 euros). The airport is located just south of Arrecife. A taxi to the apartment costs about � 20.
