This partly agriculturally operated finca is situated on the outskirts of the quiet village Ariany. The holiday home itself was newly built in typical mallorquin style and is generously laid out. It was built in two almost symmetrical halfs, which are connected by a large entrance hall. Hence you will find two nobly equipped kitchen areas with all items an advanced cook can dream of. You also have two sitting areas with a fire place each, flat screen TV and central heating in the whole house and a total of 7 TV sets. The single beds in S1-S4 are modern folding beds 90x200 cm. Air condition available at extra charge.
