This three bedroom town house simply could not be closer to the beach. Walk down the dozen steps from the rear terrace, across 50 metres of grass, through a gate and down another short set of steps and you walk onto the sand. You can hear the amazing sounds of the sea as you open the window in the lounge. The generous sized lounge and bedrooms are incredibly light and airy. The lounge and master bedroom both have access onto the terrace. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is one en suite bathroom and a further guest bathroom. With the pool and the beach to choose from this is the ideal spot for the family holiday.

This has to be the perfect location for a beach holiday. Only 50 metres from the beach with an outstanding view. The house is within easy walking distance of the supermarket, shops, beach bars and restaurants of both Calahonda and Riviera. With a regular bus service to Fuengirola and Malaga to the east and Puerto Banus and Marbella to the west from almost outside the front door you could feasibly stay here without the need for a car. Fuengirola also has a regular train service to the airport and Malaga city. No garden table.
