Description This house is located in Orihuela Costa, on the Costa Blanca (60 km south of Alicante). This very quiet urbanization lies just 3.5 km from the exit of the motorway and only 4 km from the sea.
The house faces south which means you can enjoy the sun all day! Because the accommodation is located on the ground floor, there is plenty of room around the house: a covered patio of 20m² with an awning at the front and even a large corner terrace (30m² free space) on the side with plants and a garden house. The fenced patio and terrace ensures privacy.
The house is just 75 meters from a communal pool. Thus you do not have to go to the sea for a swim or refreshing dip. For privacy, the pool is fenced, and there is plenty of room for sunbathing on the loungers.
On the coast you will find several sandy beaches, sometimes situated in small bays (callas). These beaches are cleaned every day and they are monitored. They have received the coveted Blue Flag label. Three large and famous golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity. Within a 3 km radius there are no less than 14 supermarkets.
Alicante airport (El Altet) is 60 km away, the airport of Murcia (San Javier) is less than 25km.

Local area Near the house lies Villamartin Plaza, a Spanish-style courtyard with bars and restaurants. There are two good bikes which are excellent for use in the immediate neighborhood and to visit Torreveija, although this is a serious trip. Along the channel it is a flat and comfortable ride, but the rest is hilly and requires some effort and you must be in good condition. The immediate hinterland is dotted with citrus groves and hills of up to 800 meters in height, interspersed with picturesque villages. The coast is still really a coast! It is the place to be!!! In Lo Pagán (San Pedro) there are natural mud baths. Torrevieja, a buzzing little town, is located just 10 km away. Here you will also find the Aquapolis water park. But the cities of Alicante, Elche, Orihuela, Murcia and Cartagena are also a must. These are clean cities with a rich culture and history. The house contains a whole range of tourist information (please keep it in order) and a book with its own elaborate detailed map for day trips. In the vicinity there are large shopping centers. Of course in Spain there is always a "Fiesta"! |
