DescriptionThis nice apartment is set on a modern peaceful complex nestled in between three different golf courses and only a couple of minutes' drive from the beach. Benefit from this location perfect for exploring the coast of Estepona and Gibraltar which you will find within only a short drive. There are several pools and large well kept gardens on the complex including a children's pool area. The local beach has a wonderful beach bar/restaurant, and Duquesa Port is only a 10 minute drive away. The golf course Casares Golf with clubhouse and restaurant is within walking distance. This modern apartment is furnished to a high standard and consists of a spacious lounge and dining area opening out onto the terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining. The master double bedroom has built-in wardrobes and a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and two single beds. There is also a guest shower room.
