Description

The Finca 'La Roca Blanca' is located on a farm of about 6 hectares, 5 km from the beaches of the Costa Dorada. On this farm you will find three cozy cottages, two barns, a common pool and the owner of the accommodation. In the garden there are mainly olive and almond trees. You can harvest the almonds in August. The cottages were restored and equipped with high quality solar panels in an attempt to save energy by providing its own source of water and electricity. The houses are located in a beautiful environment which is ideal for cycling or hiking. For culture lovers there is plenty to see and experience on the Costa Dorada.

Local area

The town of El Perello is about 50 km south of Tarragona. El Perello is a lively village with many facilities such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, a swimming pool and various wine bodegas. Not far away is the small seaside resort of L's L'Ampolla Amettla de Mar, with several beautiful beaches where you can relax on one of the numerous terraces. The national park of the Ebro Delta is close by and worth a visit because of the many rice fields, wide beaches, rare birds and different options for fishing. In the 'Els Ports' Park you will find high mountains, birds of prey, wild goats and bulls. The cities of Barcelona (150km), Tarragona (50km) and Valencia (180 km) are also worth a visit. For children there is a large park with various activities in Tarragona's 'Port Aventura. Other options for excursions include the aquarium in Valencia, the honey museum in El Perello and the ecological museum in the Ebro Delta where you can canoe.
