It contains a small but well equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave, which leads into a comfortable lounge with Satellite TV, sofa bed and everything you need to feel at home.
From the lounge you can access the terrace directly over the magnificent canal where you can enjoy the view and even tie own boat.
The second floor has two very cosy bedrooms, one with breathtaking views over the canal, and an immaculate bathroom.
There is a private and secure nearby parking place for one vehicle, although a car is not essential as the house is central to all amenities.
Local supermarket nearby, main shops, restaurants, bars, banks, hairdresser, Internet cafés and leisure facilities, can all be reached on foot in a matter of minutes.
Empuriabrava situated exactly in the middle of the bay of Roses with more than 25km navigable canals it's considered the largest inland marina in the world and it is a distinguished and well known tourist destination.
It's characterized for having the possibility to practice all types of aquatic sports, skydive, kite surf, trips by boat or aeroplane.
