DescriptionThis luxurious bungalow style villa is furnished to the highest standards throughout and enjoys beautiful views towards the sea. Located in Elviria, one of the most sought after areas of Marbella with many amenities within walking distance including restaurants, bars and a mini market. The sandy beach is also within walking distance, with many water sports in the summer and the famous Nikki Beach club.
The villa sleeps 6 people in total and offers 3 bedrooms. The master has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a separate shower room. The kitchen is high specification and is fully fitted and equipped. The open plan living area has doors leading to the terrace to enjoy the views over the resort and towards the sea. The pool is semi-private to the villa being shared with only 1 other villa which is rarely in use. The pool area has large terraces and sun-loungers. There is also parking available for 1 car on the driveway and additionally parking in the street.
