The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a full en suite bathroom, and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. You will find a guest shower room next door. There is a sofa bed in the lounge with a modern fully fitted kitchen with a utility room attached.
The exciting towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus are around a 20 minutes drive away, making this a well situated apartment for a great holiday. Malaga airport is just a 25 minutes drive, and the lovely port of Cabopino with bars and restaurants is just 10 minutes away. The Calahonda area itself has many shops, bars, and restaurants. With only a 5 minutes drive to the beach and a few kilometres to many fantastic golf courses this apartment is ideally suited for families and golfers.
