Airy three bedroom villa with private pool nestled on the hillside below the Sierra de Mijas with spectacular views to the coast and mountains. The property is furnished to a high standard throughout. On the ground floor level the villa is surrounded on two sides by covered and open terraces offering superb facilities for al fresco dining. The brick barbecue is ideal for entertaining. From the well tended private garden and terraces you can enjoy the views inland to the mountains or vistas of the coast.

The large kitchen is fully fitted and offers an American style fridge freezer and many other modern conveniences. There is a central island with the hob and a built-in grill plate. Also in the kitchen you will find a breakfast table and chairs. The kitchen leads directly onto one of the covered terraces where there is a further table and chairs for outside dining.The bright lounge and dining room is combining modern furnishings with traditional rustic colours. The cream leather sofas are set around a wood burning stove. The other furnishings are light pine and blend well with the colour scheme of traditional rusts and browns. There are two exits from the lounge, one leading to the pool terrace and the other one directly onto the barbecue area and dining terrace. On the ground floor there is also a large hallway off which there is a utility room and a guest cloakroom.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is large, light, and airy and has a full en suite bathroom with double sinks. It has a queen-size double bed and leads directly onto the upper terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and also leads onto the upper terrace. Both have fully fitted wardrobes and offer magnificent views of the coast and mountains. The third bedroom has twin beds. There is a guest bathroom on this level which is beautifully tiled in the local, mediterranean colours of yellow and blue.

At the entrance to the property there is a private parking area for up to four cars. The rural location also ensures a peaceful holiday, but with easy access to both the coast and inland. It is just a fifteen minutes drive to the beach and the amenities of Fuengirola including shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The village of Mijas is just a ten minute drive away. Malaga airport is a 25 minute drive, as is the famous town of Marbella.

The owners are living on the plot in a self contained apartment below with a separate entrance and a private driveway. They will not use the pool which is therefore entirely at your disposal.
