The villa is about 1 km from a boulevard and about 1500 meters from the beach of Carabassi as well as green fields and sand dunes. Near the villa you will find several restaurants, bars, an English pub, Internet café, bank, bakery, souvenir shop and a small supermarket. There are big supermarkets as well like Lidl, Caprabo and Mercadona. You can also visit the GA mall located 1.5 km from the villa. Bus stops are located 400 meters from the villa. The island's length is only 1800 meters and it has a maximum width of 400 meters. There is a small village on the island which has its defensive walls still intact.
