This large private villa with swimming pool is situated in a beautiful rural environment. It is suitable for up to nine persons and is located in the village of Daya Nueva, on the Costa Blanca. It is surrounded by citrus orchards and is centrally located with respect to the golf courses and sandy beaches. This holiday destination offers fun and relaxation for groups of all ages. Children can swim in the pool (4.50 x 9.50 x 1.30) or try the beach of Guardamar just 10 minutes away. There are also various hiking and cycling opportunities in the vicinity. For nature lovers you will find salt marshes nearby with a unique flora and fauna. In addition, there are plenty of opportunities for cultural excursions. This villa serves as an ideal starting point for numerous activities in the south of Spain.

Local area

Guardamar is situated at the mouth of the Segora River, near Daya Nueva, and has beautiful beaches and dunes with wonderful hiking trails. Guardamar offers a number of opportunities for water sports enthusiasts. Guardamar also has a nightly tourist market, a fairground and a beautiful dune playground! In August, there are Moor celebrations in Almoradi. Spain was once occupied by the Moors, and liberation from the Moors is commemorated by this summer event. Definitely worth seeing! For golfers, there are lots of choices in this region. In Ciudad Quesada, Algorfa and Orihuela Costa there are 4 golf courses. Guardamar is especially nice from early January to April because everything is green, with many beautiful flowering plants in the wild. The Palm Garden of Elche is a real winner. Around the 10th century the Arabs established a settlement on the current site of Elche and proceeded to plant palm trees. Now there are more than 300,000 palm trees in Elche - an exotic sight! The palm trees may not be cut down. Palmera is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The cities of Alicante and Murcia are also worth a visit while on holiday at this beautiful villa in Daya Nueva!
