This large private villa with swimming pool offers a beautiful and rural environment. The villa is suitable for nine persons and is located in Daya Nueva, on the Costa Blanca. It is surrounded by citrus orchards and is centrally located providing easy access to golf courses and sandy beaches. This holiday destination offers fun and relaxation for groups of all ages. Children can swim in the pool (4.50 x 9.50 x 1.30) or try the beach of Guardamar, just 10 minutes away. There are also various hiking and cycling opportunities in the vicinity. For nature lovers you will find nearby salt marshes with their unique flora and fauna. In addition, there are plenty of opportunities for cultural excursions. The villa serves as an ideal starting point for numerous activities in the south of Spain.

Local area

Guardamar, near Daya Nueva, is situated on the sea, and has beautiful beaches and numerous sand dunes where you find beautiful hiking trails. Guardamar also offers various activities for water sports fans. There is a tourist market every evening in Guardamar, and you will find a beautiful playground in the dunes, complete with terraces! In August there are the festivals of the Muslims and Christians in Almoradi. As Spain was once conquered by the Moors the liberation is celebrated by festivals. It is definitely worth a visit! For golfers there is a wide choice of courses in this area: Ciudad Quesada, Costa Orihuela and in Algorfa there are four golf courses. Guardamar is very beautiful in spring (from January to April) with its emerging spring greenery. The botanical garden of Elche is highly recommended. Founded in the 10th century by the Arabs, Elche has more than 30,000 palm trees, which gives the town an exotic atmosphere. This 'Palmeral' is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. During your stay at this beautiful villa a visit to Alicante and Murcia is also recommended!
