DescriptionThis 3rd-floor apartment is located in La Ricoleta, in Punta Prima and offers a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. Punta Prima is about 5 km south of Torrevieja and 45 km south of Alicante, on the southern Costa Blanca. The area is characterized by wonderful subtropical gardens which have been created to conform to this environment and climate. In the gardens there are two teardrop-shaped swimming pools which are for the common use of the guests. From the pools you have a beautiful view of the sea as the facility is situated slightly higher than the coast. The swimming pools are child-friendly and have a maximum depth of 1.80 meters. They are surrounded by a lawn where you can sunbath on wonderful towels or couches. From November, one of the three swimming pools is heated. The park has a very relaxed atmosphere.
Throughout the year there is plenty to do here. You will find many cozy terraces, a variety of shops and supermarkets, restaurants, small bars, ATMs and a bakery - all within walking distance.

Local areaThe surrounding area has a quiet charisma, yet still offers plenty of activities. At Punta Prima there are two beaches and several restaurants, each no more than 10 minutes walk away. The largest beach, with the Punta Prima Restaurant, is within easy reach. The Terrace Restaurant offers a wonderful view of the sea and here there is always a cool breeze blowing. The restaurant has a varied menu, which includes both Spanish and Northern European cuisine. On the small square of the restaurant, and on the small boulevard, there are always lots of pedestrians. When you walk down the stairs from the small boulevard you come to the Punta Prima beach. Here, in addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can enjoy tapas, snacks and drinks. If you leave the apartment to the left, you will come to a small beach, about 100 meters in length, surrounded by rocks. Here you can snorkel. Near this beach there is the Nautilus Restaurant. It has a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. 5 minutes walk away, you can buy fresh baguettes (still warm) each morning. If you would like to take a trip you can go on Fridays to the market of Torrevieja or spend a day at Centro Commercial (where there is also a bowling alley, a mini-Kermis, a cinema and casino). In the surroundings you will find sufficient opportunity for water sports, go-cart riding, horseback riding, golf and going out. |
