This apartment is located in Orihuela Costa, the southernmost part of the Costa Blanca, near the city of Torrevieja. The coastline is marked by beautiful white beaches (awarded the Blue Flag prize) and small sheltered bays where you can go for long walks. The nearest beach is only 900m away. The apartment has a comfortable and luxurious interior and because of its location near the beach and several golf courses it's an ideal place for the professional golf-player or families with children. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the garden and common swimming pool. Feel free to use the garden which provides plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine.

Local area

This apartment is only 900m from the beach and yacht harbor of Cabo Roig with its beach club (which organizes nice activities for the youth). Torrevieja is a popular tourist destination which has a lot to offer both locals and visitors. There is a large yacht harbor as well as a large boulevard with a craft market. It's a lively city all year round. Alicante is only 50km away. It is not only a busy coastal city but also the capital of the province. The historical part of town is well worth a visit for its narrow streets, nice shops situated around Bercantill Hill and the Santa Barbera castle. There is also a beautiful boulevard lined with palm trees. Ramblas Boulevard and the large harbor make up the lively center of the city. North of Alicante you can visit the following towns: Villa Joijossa, Albir, Altea, Javea, Calpe and the fashionable coastal town of Moraira bezoeken. The towns of Elche, Guardamar del Segura, Torrevieja, Orihuela, Pilar de La Horadada, Los Alcazares, La Manga Mar Menor and the marina town of Cartagena (south of Alicante) are also well worth a visit.
