Apartment on the fifth floor for four people just 500 m from the beach of Roses. Beautiful modern and fully equipped apartment with a spacious double room, combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed. The open kitchen is stunning and very modern and the bathroom has a very large shower. From the living room you have a direct access to the terrace overlooking the mountains and offering a glimpse of the sea. This accommodation is very nice for outdoor dining as the terrace is overlooking the community garden which is private and very quiet. Very close to the apartment and just down a small slope we find the harbor of Roses, the beaches, the promenade and all the facilities such as shops, numerous restaurants, bars, etc. Roses has a spectacular bay with a promenade ideal for walking wiht the whole family. Highlights to visit are the beautiful old Roses citadel, the famous restaurant El Bulli, the Dalí museum in Figueras and the ruins of Empuries in the town of L'Escala. Two championship 18 hole courses in the area. The nearest golf club, Perelada, has a magnificent course beside the medieval village of Perelada. The Aiguamolls, Albera and Cap de Creus nature reserves are near the complex. Also fishing and hiking is possible nearby.
